The real problem with homemade yogurt...

So the homemade yogurt is going really well and everyone really likes it. It took a few runs to get it just perfect but it is pretty easy. My real problem is that you have to heat up the milk to around 180 degrees before you cool it and put in the starter. This isn't hard but heating up the milk causes it to smell the same as when you are making some kind of custard or pie. Every night I think about the banana cream pies and coconut cream pies and tapioca pudding that I've made. Then I really want one....mmmmmm, coconut cream.......
