It is that time again...

Back to school...

So this year both Seth and I didn't cry, it was a first for both of us!! We are just growing up I guess :) It is my 6th year doing this so I should be over it right...also it wasn't the first year for anyone and it wasn't a new school. We have had one of those conditions every year for the past few years. It was hard but now this should be the end of that. It also helped that the boys weren't worried (if you can't tell from the pictures). In fact all of them wanted to go back to school. Seth wasn't sad because he was ready to play with all their toys by himself and he has!! They just jumped out of the van. None of them wanted me to walk in with them. That made me a little sad, I don't know why they think they are old enough!!

Our summer climax...

We have had so much fun this summer with all our visitors and cousins. Our last visit was this week with Patti & Scott's family and we had a blast. First a tour of BYU along with a visit to Uncle Joe's lab and John's office and lab. Then a trip to the creamery for ice cream. Followed by a huge dinner and a huge game of football that included some of Scott's nephews so it was intense. Patti and I got to walk and chat (our favorite thing to do).



The next day started with a hike up to the Y.

Then when we got home the boys decided on a project - cutting down our sumac trees. We had the Greenwood's cousin Andrew with us the whole weekend too (apparently all cousins named Andrew are amazing!!)

Football season is here!! We are so excited and now the Greenwoods and Princes are ready for it!

Happy Birthday Hy!!

Hy turned 8 years old this weekend and we had a fun party. The aunts and uncles came and we ate! Hyrum has turned it into a great guy. He is so sweet, a model student, really good at math and loves to share! I just can't believe he is going to be in 3rd grade!
